The Alicante Trade Fair Institute or Institución Ferial Alicantina (IFA) is a national point of reference in terms of events, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, symposiums and promotions alike. Its geographic location is unbeatable: right in the centre of the Mediterranean Basin and accessible by land (Mediterranean motorway; N-340, N-332 and by railway), sea (the port of Alicante) and by plane (international airport of El Altet).

Ten kilometres away from Elche and only four from the business park Elche Parque Empresarial, IFA, whose origin goes back to 1959, is found in a key strategic location, surrounded by services and business opportunities.

Great versatility

The premises, modernised in 2011, attract around 300,000 people and more than 2,000 companies every year, which enjoy all types of events, from concerts to trade fairs: footwear, automobile, beauty, motorbikes, gastronomy, fashion, tourism, home, catering, hobbies and leisure, amongst others. Its versatility has let it to combine Exponadal, aimed at little ones at Christmas time, with the Salón del Manga (Manga and Japanese culture trade fair) or the Salón Erótico de Levante (Erotic trade fair).

There is a car park area for more than 5,000 vehicles, 12 conference rooms for meetings, a restaurant and two connected pavilions, all of which make IFA an ideal place to celebrate all types of occasions.
